Rods is quite an interesting and unique good-vs-evil story. It starts of well, with gore aplenty then moves on to a superbly written set of characters. Where it is let down is for quite a lot of it, it’s underwritten. What starts off so well becomes what feels like a bare set of bones. The plot is there, and it’s good, but it needs to have more to it.
