Love, Life and Death is a book of short stories, perfect for bus journeys and lunch breaks.
Here, Cat Nicolaou shows us how versatile a writer she is. From her first novel, which was very sweet, she has gone darker and darker. Here she shows the bleak side of love, with stories where some are unhappy, some rotten, some creepy and some plain evil. My favourite in the lot was Clay Soldiers, though I have to say it’s a close call.
Don’t pass this one by. This is a book that has so much more than words to give.
